About
The Olive Training and Consultancy was established by Yasmin Rio Glover to support small charities, voluntary organisations, and social enterprises to become more efficient, purpose-driven, and impactful.
Through a flexible and tailored offer, I aim to build capacity, support you to overcome barriers, and strengthen your team, organisation, and impact.
I know first-hand how challenging it can be to wear multiple ‘hats’ in a small organisation. We will work together to find and embed realistic, proportionate solutions given the resource and capacity available.
To access support, or to discuss your needs, please get in touch.

WHY ‘THE OLIVE’?
Just like the organisations I work with, the simple olive is small and mighty, with huge potential!

Jasmine [ˈdʒæz mɪn]
